I would like to personally thank you for all the hard work you and your company has done in my home since our house was flooded in August.  Thank you for helping my family get through a very chaotic time.  You have been so wonderful taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us choose the right products, while keeping us in the loop during the entire process.  You took the time to truly understand our situation and willingly worked around our individual circumstances.

The staff you sent to my home was very skilled, professional and had a great eye for detail.  They arrived on site when scheduled and followed the work timeline that you had outlined for us.  They were so considerate and hard working.

I know a lot of times one only hears the negative or bad things but I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate all your hard work.  I would strongly recommend your company to my family and friends.  Thank you for making a difficult situation manageable.  I wish continued success.

How can we put stars all around the McClincy’s name?! This has been the most pleasant house contracting experience we have ever had in our 24 years here! Jon Baer was totally “top-drawer” in managing all the work and so charming to deal with. Every worker who came was extra helpful, polite, clean and did very excellent quality work. Sergei and his crew were absolutely tremendous and you cannot even tell where the damage was.  We are better than new.  Joe took very good care of us in deconstructing and our water heater. Cris Danny was a delight to work with in setting all wheels in motion for getting the water damage taken care of.

And Gary(?) the floor guy was so nice and made sure we knew when he was coming, where to step (and where not to) and answered all our questions.

I just go down and gaze at our new basement when I need to escape from teen drama upstairs.

Great job! Our toilet leaked and we called McClincy's they came promptly quicker than their 90 minute on-site guarantee. They assessed the situation and began their work right away. We waited to hire them for the reconstruction but after our insurance adjuster spoke highly of them we did. Very happy with their quality of work. Would hire them again no questions asked

Tim, I would like to let you know how much I think about Jon Baer. My wife and l own a condo in Renton that we use as a rental property. We were notified by our property manager that there had been water damage to our unit from the unit above.

During a two month period, we had been given the run-around by numerous people as we tried to get the damage addressed. Until I spoke with Jon, I kept hitting one road-block after another. Within 3 days, Jon had the project finally moving.

I was trying to deal with the insurance company of the resident above my unit that caused the problem, my property manager, my tenant, and I was trying to find someone to repair the damage. Too many people, too many schedules, and seemingly no one interested in getting this problem fixed.

I am sure Jon will agree, that he had many of the same problems dealing with the different parties that I did. He took control, handled the insurance adjustor, placated my tenant, and got the job done. During this entire process, I felt as if I only had one person standing up for me. That was Jon. Too often today people providing services do not provide the customers with that "old time customer service". That is what is missing in many situations. Jon showed me the kind of respect, and the kind of customer service that I have not seen in a very long time. He put me first, and made me feel that I was a valued customer. I am so grateful that I had him working for me.

We had used your company years ago to handle a problem in our own home, so I knew from first-hand experience that your company did good work. From this experience, I can only say that Jon is the absolute best! I felt compelled to let you know that he did a wonderful job working for me. I have complimented him, but I wanted you to know how much I think of him.
